This is a great old antique farm (or industrial) hand truck or dolly, once used for hauling feed sacks which can be loaded with the cart horizontal, resting on its 2 cast iron wheels and 2 bent iron \"elbows\". When being wheeled, each wheel rolls independently on the axle. It has a broken handle which could be replaced by a talented woodworker using the other handle as a pattern. The other wood elements all look OK to me. They are nice old oak. All the metal parts are rusty... this was a rusty barn find. Look especially at the wheels which have a very pretty design of 4 circles inside the cast iron rim. This is a handsome piece of steampunk industrial art or barn decor. Or put a new (old wood???) handle on it and have a great antique dolly. Dimensions are 46\" Tall x 18 1/2\" Wide x 18 1/2\" Deep.If you are the purchaser, and you want the hardware parts but not the wood parts I would be willing to take it all apart and ship the metal parts only.
