This item is used.The unit as both A.C. and Battery power supply option, butonlyworks on battery, the A.C option does not work. Iput batteries in this unit, turned it on, turned the tuner and received severalairport/aircraft broadcast. The volume and squelched works, and the antennais all there and extend as designed.I did not test the crystal option since I don\'t have a crystal, but there is a terminalinside the unit to insert a crystal. Cosmetically the unit is in good condition for its age, but itdoes show somesigns of use and age such as minor scuffs/scratches but nothing major. There is avery small crack on the pleather on one of the corners, but it is barely noticeable.This unit is being sold as is for collectors, display, prop, parts,or restoration.Please view the items images for further description, condition, and proper evaluation of the item.
