Description Up for sale is vintage HP Hewlett Packard VTVM 410B Vacuum Tube Volt Meter. It is in good condition, does power up, all mechanicals work and the meter works. Has had a new power cord & 2 test probes installed. I did test the volt meter and it did work. I did not thoroughly test the unit so I would suggest it be calibrated and serviced.
