Shipping & handlingincludes: actual shipping cost and deliveryconfirmation/tracking number + &pay palfees + shipping container + bubble wrap if fragile + packingmaterials + tape + markers + actual time to box + getting to post office +prompt shipping; kindly keep this in mind when reviewing S & Hcharges. I work hard to keep shippingand handling charges fair and reasonable (see my positive response!), but haveno control over the many components and fees I must pay. Actual delivery time (most items ship economy,with up to 10 day delivery) is determined by the carrier, either US PostalService or UPS. It\'s important to note the delivery time stated by is providedas an estimate.
