Works Great!

Up for sale is a vintagecombination appliance unit, that had been used in a studio apartment. The unit has a sink, two burner gas stove, and refrigerator with a small freezer. There is an electrical outlet on the front of the unit, and a storage cabinet that has a a small built in cutting board. The unit was manufactured by \"King\", and stands approximately three feet tall, when measuredfrom the floor to the countertop. The backsplash/vent adds another five inches, for a total of 41 inches from the floor to the top of the vent. It is approximately 3 feet, 3 inches long, and two feetdeep.

All systems were in working condition 20 years ago when we stopped using this appliance. When we tested everything recently, all of the various systems again appeared to be working fine. There is general wear from age and use, as well as paint loss and rust to themetal cabinet. We disconnected the unit in order to move it. In doing so we disconnected the gas burners from the stove, and they will need to be reassembled. We also discovered at that time that the electrical wires were brittle and cracking, and they will need to be replaced. The only other issue that I could find, is that the \"H\" button on the top of the hot water faucet is broken. Due to the age and condition of the appliance, we are selling it \"as is\".

However, if you are interested in having it shipped freight, I would be willing to coordinate with the shipping company for them to box the appliance and move it outof my home. The buyer would need to make all arrangements, and pay all fees associated with this to the shipping company directly.
