You are offerding on a vintage Marx Split level #4863 Series 500 Doll House with box, appears in good shape, most parts seem to be there as shown, all tabs look to be on each piece, some denting in roof pieces, not sure if anything is missing, I do know one plastic railing is missing, I think the entire house is there I did not put it together, there are no instructions, I spread out every piece of the house, feel free to ask any questions, Buyer pays shipping, thanks and good luck!
