Hi this sale is for an ultra violet quack medical device. The device was does work. Overall the cord does look in good shape, there is electrical tape in one area, but cord does not appear brittle. This device is made by Master Electric, inc Chicago. It includes one glass wand and it has a cool working increase decrease knob. Ok selling as-is as-found I did use it (many times), but use at own whisk - it is quack medicine.
