Just listed--- True Americana ranch home for sale!
This doll house is hand crafted and featuresfive separate rooms
Our thought is this is from the 1950\'s - 1960\'s
This is constructed of wood (walls, bottom, roof, etc.)
It measures approximately:
28.5\" long19.75\" wide10.5\" tall
It has a removable roof that latches on each endof the house (latches are rusty)
Paint is well-worn and missing in some places
There is a spot for the front door but it is missing
Window panes are made of plastic; the living roomwindow is broken out with some remnants intact
Linoleum in the kitchen is curling on the counter andfloor
The hand-made, built-in kitchen cabinets are unique
There appears to have been some type of flooring inthe living room previously (carpet?)
There are a couple of \'paper\' pictures on the walls
There are some curtains/remnants of curtains
Over-all this is old, has been well played with; we did alittle cleaning but it is still worn looking, etc.
