Here is a nice, vintage National 5 to 1 Vernier tuning drive with a removable calibrated dial that might be just
what you need for your ham radio vfo, receiver or transmitter project. It was made in the US by National of
Malden, Mass. This drive has a removable 2 1/2 inch diameter dial that is calibrated from 0 to 100 over
180 degrees. It also has a very nice original National 2\" diameter black bakelite knob on its front. The output
on its back has an ceramic insulated coupling that accepts a 1/4 inch shaft and it has two set screws to
secure the shaft to the output coupling. There is no turn stops on this drive so it can be turned continuously
in both directions. Turning is only limited by what it is coupled to. This drive is in very good working condition
with smooth operation and no slipping. Since this is a vintage part it is being offered as found, as is and it is
not being sold on approval (ie. no returns). All sales are final so please email any questions before purchase.
