This sale is for a Vintage Nautical / Maritime Cigar Cutter / Ships Wheel by Bluecher, Germany (I believe). On the bottom of the Ships Wheel it reads: Ernst Loewe, Zittau. It is in good condition, normal wear as shown in my photo. Please note, I did not attempt to clean or polish this Cigar Cutter, I decided to leave it in the condition I found it.The wheel turns, a cigar cutting blade moves on top of the center post. The bottom has a round opening to empty the cuttings. The bottom cutter is intact.Base measures: 2 3/4\", height is approx. 5 1/2\".
