Absolutely stunning vintage 1946 Epiphone Emperor acoustic archtop. A very fine and well made guitar in excellent condition. Original sunburst finish is remarkably beautiful with a flamed curly maple back. A true gem from the golden age of archtop making perfect for the player and collector alike!
The neck feels amazing. Angle and action are superb, playability is top notch. A nice medium size, comfortable all the way up and down.
Has a remarkably smooth and vibrant tone. Very well balanced and really sings. The highs are sparkly and the bass is strong and punchy. Strumming and fingerpicking both feel excellent on this guitar. You won\'t want to put it down! Rich, delicious tone.
Excellent condition with signs of honest wear. There is some wear on the back of the neck from honest playing and a hole in the pickguard from an archtop pickup being placed there. Otherwise a beautifully clean example. Don\'t miss this one for sure!!
Comes with original hard shell case.
