This is a vintage \"Vacuum Tube Multi Tester\" made years ago by the \"Precision Apparatus Co.\" Elmhurst NY. This is a professional Instrument and is large and heavy inside a solid wood case that is box jointed together at all corners. I have no way to test this but it looks in great shape under the lid with a large bakelite meter and all the parts look very good, just the wire leads that plug in to the outlets need some work , ends etc. High qulaity machine here and is sold as is , I have no way to tell if it works. Measures about 14 inch by 13 inch by 6 1/2 high.
