 What is your Return Policy?

Many items listed are unique and therefore as stated are non refundable. If there are any problems please contact me so we can come to a mutually acceptable solution. Any problems need to be reported as soon as possible.  Any concerns or questions with this policy need to be addressed and discussed PRIOR to purchase/sale end.

Requests for Refunds must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of item.

Damaged goods covered by insurance will need to have claims filed - I will assist as I can with this but the buyer must comply with all requirements from the shipper to be fully reimbursed.

Refunds for reasons other than damage or mail damage must be discussed, with myself prior to issuance. No refunds will be issued prior to receipt back of merchandise in ORIGINAL shipped condition. Buyer must pay for all shipping costs, sale amount only MAY be refunded, and only if merchandise is received back in original condition within 1 week of receipt by buyer of merchandise. Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund - this would include buyers remorse or damage or use of item by buyer.

What is your policy on response?

The goal of response is to provide the seller with your satisfaction at the sale\'s completion. This in general is after the receipt of the item by the buyer. To this end, we leave response upon receipt by the buyer. This is the only way to confirm that the transaction has come to its final end. UPI/Unpaid Item claims will be filed for non paying buyers, no matter what the situation.
