Vintage Quarter Midget Go Kart GoKart. Bought from South Central WI. I believe this is an awesome peice from early racing Kart history and it deserves a good home where it will have the attention deserved. This Kart seems to be built to some kind of a spec. Very heavy, heavy steal. I havent weighed it, but my estimate is that is is easily over 150lbs. The brake used to be stopped with some kind of leather strap....if that gives you any help for identification purposes. Also the seat slides forward/backward and locks into place.Measurements:Full length of the Cart is about 68-68.5\"
Length From center front Axle to center rear Axle is about 49\"
Width outer tire to outer tire is about 36\"Please email me if you are interested in more detailed photos of any part you may have in mind. The rear engine hoop has a crack/break that needs to be welded/repaired. Again, I can provide more pictures so please ask if you would like to see close-ups of any area on the Kart.
I will work with buyer to help ship it. - buyer pays shipping expenses and makes arrangements. I can deliver the item to a shipping facility if need be. I have a van that I am willing to deliver the kart with locally for free up to 100 miles. I am willing to drive a longer distance for not much more expense than my gas mileage (I do like road trips), my van is however a gas guzzler.
