This is a rare pair of 1970\'s Powered Advent Loudspeakers PAL\'s. These speakers were only produced for a short time in the 70\'s and due to the high cost ($450 each) very few were ever sold. Each speaker has a built in amplifier. I found these recently and you are buying them just like I found them. Cosmetically they are in very nice condition for their age. The walnut cabinets are in good shape with some minor scuffs to the original finish. The foam around the speaker cones has deteriorated and will need replace. Both of the speakers power on fine. I have not tested in any other way. Keep in mind that these speakers are about 40 years old and appear to be completely original. You\'ll look a long time and maybe never find anther pair. I will ship these at a cost of $225 as the speakers are quite heavy and large. You are welcome to pick them up if you can arrange that.
