The only antenna I have to test this is a typical FM Antenna from a regular Home Stereo Unit.I used a single lead as there was static with two.
I tested it at 12:30 pm EST. from a rural area
This unit picked up a number of stations clearly on the D Frequency Shortwave Setting with plenty of volume and some interference from time to time.I did not receive any stations on the other settings.This may be as simple an issue as the antenna or it may need some service. As such I am selling it for parts or restoration.
This unit needs a speaker to function. There is no speaker included with this unit.Included is a copy of a manual that was downloaded from the interenetThe station dial light on the right works. If there is a lamp for the Band Spread dial it is out.The cosmetics are very nice on this unit with some scratches to the cabinet sides especially the top and it is clean.See photographs .Everything included is in the photographs..I try and give the most accurate description of my items as I can, however I do not take returns on old electronic equipment. However, if I have made a serious mistake in my description I will gladly refund buyers money and postage within 5 days of the buyer receiving their item as documented in the Delivery Confirmation that is sent with all my items on domestic sales.
