The item pictured below are exact items you will recieve. 
We found this at an estate sale and know nothing about this unit. I am sure if you are looking for one of these units you will know what it is and how to use it. It does have Instructions mounted to the inside of the case cover. ( please see photos below ). The instructions are titled \" OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CATHODE RECOVERY UNIT & CRT TESTER\". Appears to be in good used condition. As for as testing it I have no idea, I did however plugged it in and turned it on and the power light came on. There are some wire connectors and adapters that come with the unit also. ( please see photos  below). The case measures 18\"by 13\"by 4 -3/4\". Sold completely as is for parts or repair, no returns and no refunds.
