This is a vintage man\'s robe that looks like - or could double as - a smoking jacket. It looks like it came straight off the set of Mad Men!The general colors are shiny red (plumb?) and black. The red design on black is truly beautiful - not quite paisley, but something altogether different and vintage, which is hard to capture in my photographs. This is a QUALITY item. Thick and well-made out of 100% virgin wool, however -- the inner lining feels like satin. The lapel, cuffs and even the awesome belt (with fringe on both ends!) also feels like satin. This robe also includes slight, interior shoulder pads for a svelte, man-about-town look! It had three, deep pockets - breast, left and right. (You could fit a pack a smokes in any of them!)The tag inside says: Paul Kline The Men\'s Wear Store, of Alliance, Ohio - if that\'s any help to you. I bet Elvis would wear this! (Wow - maybe he did!
