Hi. These are old and slightly distressed, I have not cleaned them because I was not sure if that would hurt the value, they have a little patina on the brass and I have never tried to see if / how they work. They definitely show signs of age and use and there is no key included, the pictures are the best description so please refer to them and if you have any questions please ask before offerding.
