Estate Sale find. Ibelieve this to be the Sea Raider U-8 toy diving/resurfacing batterypowered submarine by PlayArt andmanufactured in Hong Kong. Patent no.1189085. Sub is used and shows it. Scratches, dings, broken and missing pieces,missing decals, and faded color. Onebow plane and one stern plane broken off but present and included. Sub is approximately 13” long and 2” wideamidships. I have not tested this to seeif motor works nor have I inspected the battery compartment (under missile) asI was afraid I would damage the sub further.I am also pretty sure that none of the diving, resurfacing, or cruisingfunctions currently work.
