This an old sax case that my Mark VI came in when I bought it. The horn was made in the mid 60\'s so this case is probably from the same era. It is a Tray Pack or Tri Pack case that holds both a clarinet and flute. The clarinet case is embedded in the sax case and in good shape. The part that held a flute case is gone sadly. It is in good shape except for the missing flute holder, one leg button on the bottom and a closing strap for the compartment for the neck and MP.
