For your consideration is a vintage set of 5 handcrafted Matryoshka Russian nesting dolls that are stamped made in USSR serial number HXN-TO-2164a (see pictures for exact detail).I am not sure of the exact age but could be anywhere from the 1950\'s - 1980\'s. Each doll is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or other real signs of wear. The largest nesting doll stands 4 1/2 inches and the smallest solid doll stands 1 1/4 inches. Each doll (starting with the youngest) progress in age in both the face and the flower painted on it. Very detailed.A great addition to any collection.
