Up for offer is a used but in good condition a tube tester. I don\'t know anything about this item i think it tests tubes for t v and radio. It\'s electric i don\'t know if it works but when plugged in the light vomes on. There are how to instructions along with other papers.. The box is pretty solid outside of box is rustic corners are worn there are rips and holes smells musty and rusty there are some marks and age related scratches and marks please refer to pictures you are buying as is because I don\'t know anything about this item. Measures about 16 3/4 in wide x 12 inches long x 6 inches depth.
