Vintage Stand Mixer, Kenmore from 1940\'s. Collector\'s item.: $59.98
This rare stand mixer from the 1940\'s has the Kenmore name on the front and Sears & Roebuck underneath on the metal plate carrying the model number. This collectable is a very early model because it is \"patent pending\" Model #116 8237. It has its original white milk glass bowl and is in great working condition with 12 speeds. A metal label on the side suggests the proper speed for various applications. Tilting mechanism works fine. Bowl turns on the fully functional rotating base. The metal rotating plate shows places where paint has worn off over the last 70 years, mostly on the rim, but it is covered with the bowl in place. This mixer looks and works good. The electric cord is in good condition with no tears or worn spots on the cord. This early electric mixer makes an interesting kitchen conversation piece while being fully functional. There is a fitting on the top for accessories such as a juicer or grinder. It\'s has a small footprint and weighs less than 10 lbs. making it great for display on a shelf or countertop, and easily moved for use. Great for a retro kitchen or collector. Please use Paypal for payment. Ships to Continental U.S. only.
