Measurements are 4 1/2\" x 19 3/8\" at base, just over 8\" tall from base to top of covered wagon. There are some little scuffs and scratches in the base finish, mainly along the front side. Needs some cleaning/shining up for light dustiness and there is varying finish wear but still quite a bit of the coppery color remaining. Time set knob works, light works and the switch near the driver\'s feet that turns the motion of him raising and lowering the whip works - clock works as well. Plug and wire are good. The plastic harness reins are intact but feel stiffish so care will be needed in cleaning them. Neat item.Please see the Very Necessary Info section for full terms. You can continue to offer and rack up items for up to 5 days on sale style listings to get combined shipping. Not necessary to let me know; I allow a 7-day pmt window and I am watching out for multiple purchases. However, PLEASE DO NOT PAY AFTER WINNING EACH ITEM. will send you an individual invoice for each - just ignore those. Also, if you try combining on check-out on your own, it RARELY calculates the correct price for whatever reason. Either email me that you\'re ready for a grand total combined invoice when you\'re done offerding or else at the end of the 5 days, I will send you one. If you pay for each item as you win them, I will ship within the 3-day shipping time I have specified on my settings to protect my Top Seller status and you may miss out on any savings. In the case of Buy It Now listings where you have to pay immediately on purchase, I can combine for two days but must ship on the third day. Savings on combined shipping will be done as a refund of any overpayment when I do the shipping label. My combined shipping is calculated on actual package weight. Occasionally (mainly when just 2 items are involved), it may actually be a little cheaper to ship separately. Also, at times combining very heavy with fragile items may not be feasible. GENERAL SHIPPING/PMT INFOBack to TopPmt is due within 7 days of sale end. If you are doing multiple purchases for combined shipping, full pmt is due within 7 days of the first item purchased. I ship about three times a week. Your item will be well & sometimes creatively packaged to reach you safely. I have an excellent record in this regard; HOWEVER, there is always that little risk of mishap. If you receive a damaged item, the shipping label will show whether it has been insured or not or you can email me to make sure. Keep all wrapping & the broken item until you know whether you will need to show it to the post office or not. But again, items arriving damaged or broken are extremely rare. I don\'t pack items before sale in case of needing to combine purchases and so my shipping prices are estimates. Most of the time, they are right on or very close but if there is an overpmt difference of $1.50 or more above other handling costs described later in this section, I will always refund that.
