Item is in good condition. The paint is chipped in spots. The mirror is in tact with no breaks or cracks. I\'m not sure of the age on this piece. Measures 25 and 1/2 inches tall, 18 and 1/4 inches wide and 5 inches in depth. Solid piece. There is one loose shelf piece that doesn\'t fit into any of the slots, but came with the cabinet.
