Vintage WWII Italian Regio Aeronautica Pilot\'s Pith Helmet - Fascist Air Force
Vintage WWII Italian colonial pith helmet of a Royal Italian Air Force pilot. Most likely from the late 1930s this is an English/Indian made cork pith apparently sold in Cairo, Egypt. A private purchase of by an Italian pilot who wanted a higher quality helmet. The badge is a Regio Aeronautica screw-back with maker marked nuts.Size is 55 or 6-3/4. Shows some wear, but overall is an excellent piece.See my other sales with military and other items!Please feel free to ask any questions.
