Men\'s Vintage dressing gown in an old style. Purple damask/brocade fabric. Very soft, and elegant. The lining is also high quality in a stripe print that is not stretchy. The sleeve lining is unusual, but is also high quality. The sash has tassels. One of the braided circles has a fray that can be tacked down. 46 inches long.
Shoulder to shoulder across the back is 19 inches. The chest size is variable due to extra fabric used in the construction. I stretched it out, and figure 40 inches might be a good guess. The 25 inch sleeve has an Edwardian style cut, and hangs beautifully. Each cuff has a satin button accent. The fabric is a dark purple. There is one small \"pulled\" thread on the lapel.
I have shown photographs of the back collar up, and down, to illustrate the construction method. The label is an old label, and I enlarged it to be certain of that. \"Swift Limited San Francisco\" must be a very old company, as I have never heard of it before. There is a roomy front left pocket. The robe is \"seamless\" meaning that everything is sealed up. I wish it fit me. I have a non smoking home, and the robe is clean scented. I ship a few days a week.
