This is a Vision R40 that has been converted to over the seat steering using purpose built parts. All cables have been replaced along with the shifters and brake levers. Somewhere along the line the front derailer was changed from SRAM to Shimano. Shifting is smooth with the modern 2 lever shifters that replaced the twist style. New high pressure tires and tubes front and rear. The handle bar assembly can be pivoted forward to ease mounting the bike, and the riding position ( pull back angle) is adjustable. I did not replace the chain, but it is in like-new condition. The crank is adjustable forward and back to accommodate different leg lengths and the seat angle is adjustable along with 2 positions available for seat position forward and back. I am 5\'-8\" tall, and there is room for a few inches shorter legs and a lot of adjustment for longer and taller folks.
