The folder contains 6 sheets of full size plans, 12 die-cut windows, two printed doors, embossed garage door, printed \"brick\" paper and an electrical wiring diagram.It comes withpattern #1186 for dollhouse furniture and a booklet called Landscape Your Dollhouse.Unused and comes in the original folder. The folder showswear and tear but contents are in excellent, clean condition.
