This hard plastic Santa, sleigh and two reindeer are old and dirty. The green ribbon is an addition because the original reigns are missing. The front reindeer\'s bell is rusty and the second reindeer is missing its pipe cleaner harness. All pieces are very old and very dirty and the cardboard piece has significant wear. The reindeer can easily topple off the cardboard and could be secured if you want to keep the same display. I think this could be cleaned for a super upcycle. The entire strip is about 16\" long and Santa stands 5\" high on the sleigh. Are you the person with the creative mind for the job?
