It has never been used/read and just stored in a shelf. Even has its 2 supplement leaflets still in it. Those are hard to be found in these books. They get lost easily. I m not sure when this book came out. The last date in here is 1944 but if you look, the address in the book has a zip code. So that date is not correct. See last pic please. Book measures 6-3/4\" x 3-3/4\". Has 118 pages.

The things I list come from estate and yard sales.
