Overseas or out of country must pay actual cost on shipping. Going down and popping it to the post office for you. I am not including duties or taxes or whatever they charge you in the yonder area, just the shipping, whatever it is. I will charge actual I do not charge a handling fee or for the material to ship. will charge their percentage on your shipping too, again this charge is not from me, it’s from . It wouldn\'t be much, I think near 5 to 10%, again, their charge, not mine.
