I suspect this is from a British Mill, especially looking at the numbering on the selvage~ but I have no sure provenance on this textile.
A warm mid-heavy woven wool. Soft and sturdy. Good for suiting, outerwear, skirt, cape, Jacket, etc.Also great as textile for modern home decor use.
