Will ship items within 2 business days after payment. If your payment is made over the weekend it will be shipped on Tuesday.
Will only ship to confirmed address on Paypal account. If you need to ship to a different address be sure to let me know not to send it until you have updated the information on paypal. Once you do update it, send email letting me know the address is updated. The shipping labels are created by paypal therefore the confirmed address is the address where the item is delivered.
All items are insured and have delivery confirmation. Any items over $100 will require signature upon delivery.
If item is not as described, a return will be accepted at our expense. Otherwise, if the item is received as described,a return will be accepted only if the purchaser will pay a 10% restocking fee, shipping fees, and insurance fees. The restocking fee will be voided if purchaser decides to exchange the item for something we have available.
I do my best to make sure you are not mislead. I sell my jewelry at very low prices and offer free shipping so I do not profit that much.
Of course if I made a mistake and mislead you in some way I will gladly refund your money and reimburse you for the shipping.
