About this phone:

Many hours of time went into restoring this telephone. It was
completely disassembled. Each component both inside and
outside of the phone right down to the smallest screw was hand
cleanedand polished.

The dialwas disassembled, cleaned, lightly oiled, checkedfor
calibration and worksperfectly. The finger stop was polished
to a nice shine.Thedial number platehas a new overlay
withnice crisp numbers.

The hook switch and dial contacts were cleaned with originalBell
Telephone Seal Bond paperspecially designed for the purpose.

The transmitter has been upgraded to the F1
element for better sound quality.Theoriginal leather bottom is in excellent condition.

The634 subsetwas beautifully repainted and iscorrect forthe phone.
The subset was completely disassembled, cleaned and painted.
The brass bells and internal parts were cleaned and polished.

The cloth subsetcord andline cord are new. The cloth line cord
has been replaced so that it will plug into today’smodern
land lines.Just plug it in.

The phone is fully functional. The sound quality isgood in both
transmitting and receiving. The dual brass gongs give it that
old time sound.
