This scanner is practically brand new - only taken out of the box 2 times!
It still has the protective plastic on the display. I bought this as a gift and unfortunately it was not exactly what was wanted and I was beyond the 14 day \"no exceptions\" return period so my loss is your gain!
This has only been opened and out of the box 2 times. It was purchased in March of 2018 from zipscanners.com. I can provide receipt if requested
Although programming is easy to do on this scanner by entering a zip code, I had this set-up for 1 touch start and set up for all Multnomah, Oregon and Skamania, Washington counties. If you live here an extra bonus!
