Complete older restoration of a 1949 Whizzer on a 1952 Schwinn bike. Age of motor and bike determined from serial numbers. Bike is in great condition, has been on display for many years in a private, non-smoking home.

We cleaned out the fuel system and cleaned the magnets on the magneto. With a little pedaling, it started right up and runs great. We did four test rides with no issue other than one tire was rubbing the fender a little at the beginning. I would recommend new tires, as the ones on it are over 20 years old.

Bike is in great condition, shows very well, formerly owned by classic car collector and ridden very little since restoration. There are minor fuel stains on tank, the left grip is broken and taped, there is a small scratch on the frame paint where a cable clamp chipped the paint. Very minor issues.

Pick up in Lebanon, Ohio, or limited delivery available by seller. I would be happy to assist a professional transportation company for long distance shipping, but do not feel comfortable with crating it my self. Feel free to contact me for additional photos or information.
