The amplifier is built withthe high quality MMIC from RFMD.
Thanks to the high-end design, you can power the amplifier 2 different ways;-Power from external power supply: you can use any power supply, wall adapter, or even batteries with output voltage rage from 7 to 15 V DC-Phantom power: circuit can be powered from a remote station over the coaxial cable (7-15V), so you can place the amplifier as close to the antenna as possible
Circuit has a built-in 5V voltage regulator, and it\'s protected against reverse polarity. On the board, you will find a small LED, that shows: power is OK!
The PCB size is really tiny, only 19 x 25 mm, so it\'s very easy and fast to upgrade your existing radio sets with this small, but really powerful amplifier.Mounting the board is also very easy, thanks to the 3 mm fixing hole on the board.
