The buyer is responsible for paying the seller directly after winning the item. Details on accepted payment methods and where to send payment are provided in an invoice from the seller.
Payment may be made by cash, cashiers check (or other guaranteed funds), money order, personal check or credit cards. We do NOT accept Paypal or other electronic payment services. Payments for attending buyers are to be made the day of the sale with all items removed that day. Payment for an sale item that is received by Stout sales more than 14 days after the sale date voids all rights to returns, for any reason.
The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs and arranging for shipping and delivery with the seller.
All shipments are shipped by UPS within US borders. Orders outside the US are shipped by the US Postal Service. Actual shipping charges plus the cost of the packing and materials are added to the invoices. Please be patient, we ship thousands of items and it does take some time to properly pack your new purchase. We want it to arrive safely!
