Item:
Thisis a heavy duty nice industrial-size wood-burning barbecue or smoker from a local restaurant. It looks much more heavy duty than what I found in regular retail places. The walls are much thicker, about a 1/4in, the fire box is about 20\" in diameter and 20\" long, the cook box is about 20\" in diameter and 42\"long the cooking surface is about 20\" x 40\".
Condition:
This item is used and sold in \"as is\" condition. It is in good working condition with normal wear and tear. It will need cleaning.

Terms:
Payment must be received within 10 days of date of purchase and items must be picked up within 30 days of date of purchase, otherwise the item will be considered abandoned and buyer will forfeit all rights to it. Buyer will pay CA sales tax where applicable (no sales tax if shipped out of state).
If paying by Paypal, please do not make the payment until shipping terms have been finalized. First, a crating or packaging charge will have to be added to the invoice. Next, you will need to determine where you will take delivery of the item. It is extremely important that the Paypal shipping address matches the actual shipping address. Making a quick payment without considering the shipping options often requires us to make a refund of buyer\'s first payment and have the buyer reissue a second payment - an inconvenience that can be avoided if Paypal payment is postponed until the shipping details have been worked out.
Local Pickup:
This item can be picked up at our warehouse in Ventura. You can also preview items offered for sale prior to offerding and those offered in our store. For map and driving directions go to the \"About the Seller\" page in our store. We are open by appointment only.
Please note that due to Paypal policies requiring an electronically trackable shipping method for items paid for by Paypal, for local pickup/delivery we cannot accept Paypal and the item must be paid for by another payment method.
Local Delivery:
If you live within 50 miles of Ventura and would like to have your item delivered by us we will do so for a fee which will be determined based on your location. Please note that items delivered by us cannot be paid for with Paypal. Another payment method must be used. This is in accordance with Paypal terms.
Freight Shipping:
If freight shipment is necessary, Buyer must arrange for freight shipping directly with a shipping carrier and pay shipping costs directly to the selected carrier. You may contact any shipper of your choice or we can assist you by referring you to a logistics provider (usually Freightquote.com). You can email us to request a shipping quote from our preferred logistics provider.
The weight used to calculate shipping is an estimation, as we are unable to weigh items over 200 lbs. Please note that AAA Equipment Connection is not responsible for any portion of freight charges due to difference in estimated, actual or billed weight by freight carrier.
If freight shipment is selected, we will prepare the box, crate, or palletize the item for safe transit for a an additional fee. This will be in addition to the shipping costs due to the carrier. The packaging fee will be payable directly to us.
All items are F.O.B. our warehouse in Ventura, CA 93003. We can provide a logistics company to help you find a carrier and deal with carrier issues, but shipping is Buyer\'s responsibility and we are not responsible for the item after it leaves our premises.

Returns
All AAA Equipment Connection items are sold \"Used, As-Is, Where-Is.\" If Buyer is dissatisfied for any reason, we will accept returns and give full refund of the purchase price only as long as the following conditions are met:
1. Buyer notifies AAA Equipment Connection within 3 days of receiving the item that the item will be returned for a refund.
2. Item is shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt.
3. Item is returned to us in the same condition as it left our warehouse.
4. Buyer pays all shipping and packaging charges, including shipping both ways and any applicable fees related to shipping/transport.
Upon return of the item under the above specified conditions, AAA Equipment Connection will issue a refund to Buyer of the full purchase price.
