I have a Woodmaster planer/molder model 712 with a Dual Routing
attachment. It also comes with the pro pack kit. I will list below
Woodmaster's description from their website. In
addition to machine itself I have two sets of planer knives, one set of
Log Siding knives (which will make log siding in one pass using softer
woods such as pine, cedar, poplar), two sets of tongue and Groove router
bits (one set is basic tongue and groove and the other creates a
V-groove), one V-groove molding knife, and two pair of saws (2-5.5"
blades and 2-6.5" blades). I have over $3500 invested and only used a
couple of weekends. I'm only asking 2,750. I made some log siding and
it would profile the log and tongue and groove it in one pass. Made 1x6
v-groove paneling also in one pass.
Model 712 INCLUDES 5 H.P. 220-Volts, Single Phase 60 cycle 30 Amp. motor
that drives the planer head. One magnetic push button motor start
switch. 1/3 H.P. D.C. motor that operates the feed system with a
110-volt variable speed control switch. 1-Set of 3 high speed steel
planer blades mounted in a precision steel 3-knife head. This head can
also be used for mounting molding knives. One set of steel in-feed and
out-feed extension tables. One each magnetic depth of cut scale. One WG1
Knife Set Gauge, Operators Manual
1each 712 Accessory Shaft used to mount Saw Kits. Single Knife Holder and Drum sanding kit.
1 each 700C Single Knife Holder a fast set up for running Profile Knives up to 3-1/4
1 each 712D Drum Sanding Kit
1 each 712NH Dust Chute with 4-inch Diameter Exhaust
1 each 712PB Super Slick Bedboard with two guide rails and mounting hardware.
2 each 700SK 5-1/2 inch Rip saw blades with locking collars
Adding the Woodmaster dual router attachment turns your Model 712 Molder into a three side molding system.
When making flooring the poly guide table and angle guide tracks allow
positive tracking guiding the piece thru the machine so the up side of
the piece can be milled. As the piece exits, the external feed roller
assembly that mounts to the laser-cut extension table continues feeding
the piece allowing the two Milwaukee 3.5 H.P. routers to go to work
creating your T&G cut.
The bottom router is stationary and the top router is mounted on a
table. The top router is positioned by turning an adjustable screw feed
controlled by a heavy duty hand wheel. Material 2-inch to 7-inch wide
can be tongue and grooved in one pass.
Your Double Router System is equipped as follows:
Two Milwaukee 3.5 H.P. 120-volt 15-amp. Milwaukee Fixed Base Routers
One Set of Caroffere Tongue and Groove Router Bits for ½-inch to 1-inch thick material
One Poly Guide Board designed with counter sunk guide rail alignment mounts
Two Poly Face aluminum guide rails
One Laser-Cut Double Router Extension Table
Two-Inch Dust Port Mounts for each Router
Power Feed Roller Assembly
Top Router Adjustment Table with Hand Wheel Adjusting Screw
