This is a very nice original greatcoat that was issued to young infantry soldiers of the Third Reich who were going through officers training. Everything is period attached to the greatcoat, the shoulder boards, the chevron, etc. The shoulder boards show that he was part of infantry officers training. The coat has all the original buttons which are marked A&S and dated \"40\". There is a nice makers mark and it is dated \"40\". There is also a mark that has the name of the original owner and the company he was in. There are no holes or rips. There is one slight stain on the bottom of the coat that is hard to see. This coat is very rare and I\'ve never seen another like it. This coat is guaranteed original, unlike a lot of the WW2 German items that you see on !
