WW2 OSS ISSUE STILETTO WITH 2 SLOT PANCAKE FLAPPER SCABBARD. PRISTINE MINT & RARE. Not often seen much these days is the iconic Office Of Strategic (OSS) Stiletto. Additionally rare is the 2 slot Pancake Scabbard.More often seen is the 4 slot variation. Most all of the green scabbard paint is present aside from a small area at the top where they all have some rub from the handle.The blade shows the Brinell Hardness TestMark, and a needle pointblade thatmeasures 6 3/4\". The blade and handle show no finish wear. Note that the handle knurling extends all the way to the crossguard unlike the British Commando Fairbairn Sykes Fighting Knife.The scabbard does have a replacement retainer as most all original ones corroded away.
