Purchased from widow of US Navy veteran. Measures approximately 33.5” x 52”. Was told it is made of silk, but feels like a very fine-soft cotton weave. However, I may be wrong, don’t claim to be an expert with cloth items. Under black light none of the ropes, threaded stitching or flag fabric glows. Bunting appears to be rayon and does glow.
