What this is, I do not know. It has been in the lab for a number of years and never used. It is not new or in new condition - just unused by us. If you have a need for it - you will know what it is. I did not want to place it up for sale as \"not working/for parts\" because I don\'t know how to test it. Hopefully you will and be able to use it.
