Piano was owned privately and although in very good original condition we are going to replace all the strings, pins, felts as well as clean and refinishthe entire interior and exterior finish so the piano can be presented looking as new.This piano has very little wear as can be seen by the condition of theoriginal hammers. The 1980\'s Yamaha\'s are the first with the mahogany veneer on the interior of the rim, a nice detail still in use on the latest 2014 models.
You will not see anything anywhere presented like the pianos I list. Take your time and look at the pictures of the work we do here. Our pianos are just cleaned up and sent out. We only choose pianos that arrive out of a private home with very little wear. Expect this instrument to knock your socks off as it will be completely detailed with all brass being polished and every part of the Polished Ebony case and removable parts going through scratch and imperfection removal to arrive looking and performing as new. Action, dampers, hammers and soundboard are in excellent condition needing no major work. The addition of new bass strings will bringthe roaring bass back to the level it was when new.
Keybushings are nice and tight without the \"play\" from side to side indicative of a piano of a piano that has seen alot of use.
