Exciting new trombone from Yamaha.
In designing the Yamaha YBL-830, Yamaha combined what they learned in creating the Xeno tenor trombones with response from some of the world\'s great bass trombonists. The result is a state-of-the-art bass trombone with all specifications redesigned by an elite team of Yamaha designers and R&D experts.
The YBL-830 model includes features such as the newly designed yellow brass bell with a thinner wall for enhanced response, nickel silver slide crook for more substance to the sound, and a new rotor design which improves playability.
Other design features include modified slide braces that create greater flexibility and responsiveness, new nickel-silver slide crook material that creates a more open feel, and a new rotor design that provides a smoother airflow to the second rotor assembly.
Additionally, the adjustable thumb paddle provides an ergonomic grip.
The YBL-830 comes with a new ABS Xeno-type case features a compact and contoured shape, with shoulder strap and side handle. Gold to yellow brass bell
