The magazine was published by the United States Military from an idea byEgbert White.
Joe McCarthy was the editor in the later years but Scott Corbett (laterknown as a writer of novels for children) served as the last editor.
The magazine was written by enlisted Rank Soldiers only and published atfacilities around the world for a total of 21 editions in 17 countries.
One of the most popular \"morale boosters\" for the men in thearmed forces was the inclusion of a Pin-up(s) in each issue who was usually cladeither in a bathing suit or some form of seductive attire.
Condition is very good -- normal light wear and aging -- no major issues.
