Warranty Policy:

All items are warranted against DOA. If youritem is DOA for any reason, Buffalo ReuseIT will either ship you a replacementitem once your damaged item is returned or issue a full refund. Please note,all items are tested to be in \'working order\' before they are shipped. No itemswill be replaced and/or no money will be refunded until the DOA item isreturned at buyer cost. Once the item arrives back at our facility, our staffwill test the item to determine if it is in proper working order or not. If theitem is not in proper working order, the buyer will be contacted andarrangements made for a full refund of purchase price with return shippingcharges included or for a replacement item to be shipped.
